Riverdi EVE3 Modules
Riverdi EVE3 Modules are high-quality TFT display modules featuring the third generation of Embedded Video Engine (EVE) technology, based on the Bridgetek BT815 and BT816 graphics controllers. The EVE3 Modules are offered in 3.5″, 4.3″, 5.0″, and 7.0″ variants, and with capacitive, resistive, or no touchscreen. These display modules are also offered with and without a metal mounting frame or decorative cover glass.

- Bridgetek BT81x Graphics Controller
The BT81x controller is a part of a family of advanced graphics controllers targeted at embedded applications for generating high-quality Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Riverdi displays with BT81x graphics controllers feature advanced EVE (Embedded Video Engine) user interface, that successfully combines the capacities of processing images, sound, and information from the touch panel. EVE technology uses an object-oriented approach, simplifying the implementation of Intelligent Displays and shortening development time. - EVE3 Advantages
EVE3 includes support for the Adaptive Scalable Texture Compression (ASTC) algorithm. This enables image quality to be significantly enhanced without needing greater bandwidth to be allocated, as the compression algorithm allows for smaller compressed files. The ASTC algorithm, in turn, saves memory space required by larger fonts and data-heavy images. Further memory management and system resource improvements are available in the form of a dedicated QSPI host port for attaching an external flash memory. - Touchscreen
The EVE3 Modules are offered with Resistive touchscreen, Capacitive touchscreen, and without touchscreen. Resistive touchscreens offer low-power consumption and are suitable for battery powered devices. Capacitive touchscreen displays are recommended for application needing multi-touch, gesture, and high-precision.
